I’m Jake — proud owner and founder of Cotswold Exterior Surface Cleaning LTD.

I started this business 5 years ago while working a full-time job where, truthfully, I didn’t feel valued. I knew I had more to give — more ambition, more drive, more purpose. Setting up this company wasn’t just about making a living — it was about proving to myself what I was capable of and building something that truly mattered.

From day one, I wanted to do things the right way — to offer a premium service, with genuine care, and deliver results that last. And that’s still what drives me every single day.

But what I’m most proud of? The culture we’ve built.

The team around me.

And the transformations we deliver for our clients — not just how their properties look, but how they feel when they see the end result.

I’m hands-on, always on the move, and still obsessed with a clean that makes people say “wow.”

When I’m not out there blasting grime, you’ll find me keeping active — football, golf, tennis, the gym… anything that keeps me fit, focused and fired up. I love a challenge too: I was lucky enough to run the London Marathon this year, and in previous years completed the Cotswold Way Ultra (62 miles!), raising over £5,000 for Emily’s Gift along the way.

For me, this business isn’t just a job — it’s a journey. And we’re just getting started.

Meet Martyn, Not just part of the team. He is family, (Quite Literally!).

The ultimate perfectionist and the man who swapped tiles for terraces! After over 10 years running his own tiling business, he joined the team last year, trading grout lines for clean lines. 💪🧼

Bringing precision, attention to detail, and a no-nonsense attitude, he’s all about getting the job done right—first time, every time. The client love him for this.

When he’s not transforming properties, you’ll find him perfecting his aim in darts or hitting the golf course. You can also find him glued to the television watching some kind of sport or documentary.

Kyle joined the team just a few months ago, and you’d think he’s been with us for years. Always up for a chat (you’ll hear him before you see him!), Kyle brings top energy, a great attitude, and serious attention to detail to every job.

He’s not just all talk though — his work genuinely speaks for itself. Kyle’s usually has two cloths in his hand making sure everything is clean.

He’s quickly become a firm favourite with clients thanks to his friendly nature, hard graft, and the pride he takes in getting the job just right. He always goes the extra mile ( Quite Literally now he is a keen runner.)

When he’s not out transforming patios or freshening up fascias, you’ll find him by a football pitch — either managing his team on a Saturday or keeping up with the latest match.

Kyle’s slotted into the culture here perfectly — hardworking, reliable, and always up for a laugh. A cracking addition to the team.

Graham joined the team after a glowing recommendation from a close friend—and it’s clear why! With over 30 years of experience, he’s a master of making windows, solar panels, and fascias sparkle. 💦✨
